Erin Powers a native of Colorado Springs, Erin Powers graduated from Air Academy High School and earned a B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College. During her undergraduate years, Erin studied music at Pomona College and performed Britten’s Serenade for Tenor and Horn with the Pomona College Orchestra. She now performs in various ensembles in the Pikes Peak region as a freelance musician and currently holds the position of principal horn with the Chamber Orchestra of the Springs. Erin serves on the board of the Pikes Peak Philharmonic and is also the winds/brass personnel manager for the Chamber Orchestra of the Springs. In her professional life, she works as a Water Resources Engineer for a global consulting firm.
